InterviewAI (“we”, “us”) helps you prepare for and perform in job interviews. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to this policy.

What we collect

  • Account data — your name and email when you sign up.
  • Your content — your CV text, documents you upload, the job descriptions you add, and the questions and answers generated during your sessions.
  • Audio — during a live session, interview audio is transcribed to text so we can generate answers. We process the transcript, not a stored recording of the call.
  • Usage & billing — basic usage events and your subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store them.

How we use it

We use your content solely to provide the service — to tailor answers to your experience and the role, run your practice sessions, keep your history, and process payments. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your CV or answers with your interviewer or any third party for advertising.

Service providers

To run InterviewAI we share the minimum necessary data with trusted processors:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Deepgram — real-time speech-to-text during live sessions.
  • AI model provider — the text of your question, CV, and job context is sent to our AI provider to generate each answer.

Your data, your control

You can view and delete your interview history at any time, replace or remove your CV and documents, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. When you delete content, we remove it from your active account.

Security

Data is stored with access controls and encrypted in transit. While no system is perfectly secure, we work to protect your information against unauthorized access.
