Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of InterviewAI (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

InterviewAI provides AI-generated interview practice and real-time answer suggestions based on the CV, documents, and job details you provide. The suggestions are aids to help you express your own experience — they are not guarantees of any outcome.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about yourself and do not misrepresent your experience or qualifications.
• You are responsible for how you use the service, including complying with any rules, policies, or laws that apply to your interviews and the platforms you use.
• Only upload content you have the right to use, and don't use the service for unlawful purposes.

Plans, billing & refunds

• We offer a free tier, a one-time 7-day pass, recurring subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime plan. Prices are shown at checkout.
• The 7-day pass grants access for seven days and then ends automatically — it does not renew.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of purchase.

No guarantee of results

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that using it will result in a job offer, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any interview or hiring decision.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
